Gravitate Nutrition thoughts...after 30 days

So 30 days have been and gone, and I'm down around a stone in weight and in need of some new better fitting jeans and a belt, but is it all down to the pills?

So I am on a diet (slimming world as it worked really well in the past.)

Personally for me I don't like taking any tablets, I'm like a cat when it comes to this and need to force them down, so taking up to 7 tablets a day was/is a bit much for me.
Staying hydrated is important but also filling up on water helps suppress your appetite so I can see why you have to drink 2 full glasses of water with the tablets.

Over the 30 days I also used kettlebells and bands to do some cardio and weight exercises 3 or 4 times a week to help speed up the weight loss and try and get a bit fitter at the same time.

I did a lot of research to make sure they are safe and there is a resounding YES, Gravitate is safe to use indeed., there is also some other reviewers who have also lost weight so it works, but its like all things and you only get out what you put in. So the harder you work at it the more weight you will lose or something along them lines ain't it.

Its not something I will carry on with straight away as I want to compare results of just diet and exercise to what I have achieved already, but saying that, if my results drop it will be something to consider restarting.
