Tattoo Talk with Tink

Name- Tink :)

Website

So what was your first tattoo and how old where you?
First tattoo was my fairy alchemy necklace on my wrist, I was 17.

Why did you choose that specific design?
I chose it because I thought it was unique and I love fairies but wanted something different to normal tattoo fairy designs.

How many tattoos do you have currently? What are they?
10. One on each shoulder/arm, one on each wrist inside, one on wrist outside, one on each foot (themed) one on each hip and one on my neck.

Do you have a favorite piece? if so what one and why?
My feet are my favourite closely followed by my cat skull tattoo because I love Halloween and I'm a crazy cat lady!
Did you do a lot of research in to your chosen artist/artists?
My first ever one no, I've had two done by my sisters tattooist and the rest are done by a lady called Tez or a dude called Rob who are my boyfriends tattooist.

Are you planning on anymore?
Yes! I'm planning a Gary oldman as Dracula tattoo because I love him!

A silly question as pain is relative but Most painful tattoo?
FEET!
No question about it, actually felt like they might explode.

General reaction from friends and family about your tattoos/body mods? Are they happy about you having them?
My mom hates them, sisters and my dad love them. Generally, I don't listen to others anyway I like them so that's all that matters.

Reactions from members of the public about your tattoos/body mods, Good or Bad?
Mixed, depends where you are.

Have you tattoos ever hindered anything you wanted to do, interviews, work, etc?
Not so far, my piercings are more difficult.

Do you get asked did it hurt a lot? What do you tell people?
Yeah, I say the truth. Feet hurt like hell after that nothing compares. Shoulder is painful but bearable.

Do you find people will touch your tattoo (body mods) without asking? If so how do you deal with it?
No not really, I'd probably laugh and slowly move away haha.

Shout out to the artist/artists hear if you want
Rob and Tez of Bloxwich Bodyworks!

Any partying words?
Don't follow the crowd. Get unique tattoos that mean something to you and you won't regret. Wait it out, it's worth waiting a long time to get the right tattoo.

Thanks alot to Tink for taking part, to see what she is up to pop over to cheekymstink
