Kettlebells update 30 day challenge

So I'm about a week in to the 30 day challenge, It is not as easy as I thought it was going to be for sure, now I am doing other KB exercises along with the required swings but I'm still shocked at how much I ache the next day.
So I'm using a 14kg bell at the moment which I though was going to be to light...
HOW WRONG WAS I!

The most importing thing I stress is you defiantly need to get your form right if you are going to start working with kettlebells, I can tell you that from experience.
