The Workout Began Yesterday, The Diet Starts Tonight

So after weeks of putting it off and making excuses I have started the USN 12 week lean muscle program, with in a few minutes I had to drop down how much weight I had on my dumbells as I had greatly over estimated how strong I am. The Equipment I am using is a York Bench from Argos, Various Weights from a few different sets  dumbbells and a 5ft bar.
DAY1 CHEST
FLAT BENCH DUMBBELL PRESS- 3 SETS 12 REPS
INCLINE BENCH PRESS- 3 SETS 12 REPS
INCLINE FLYS -3 SETS 15 REPS
CHEST PULL OVER 3 SETS 8 REPS
DECLINE PUSH UP- 3 SETS 8 REPS
HIGH INTENSITY CARDIO 30 MINS
It may not look like a lot  but the last few reps of each activity are a killer on the arms, even though this is for the CHEST section, I will update for the first week as there is 6 different sections to complete.
As for the diet, I have been on and off slimming world for a few years now, I recently tried Weight watchers with my wife but it only lasted 3 days as I couldn't bare her moaning she was starving because of the points and portion control, and not stuff your face with as much pasta or potato's or meat as you like (which is why SW is my favourite diet to be honest, cause I bloody love food)
